NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Chung Ling Alumni Melbourne (“AGM”) will be held on 24 November 2024 3:00 PM at 47 Verdant Crescent, Doncaster, Victoria 3108.

You must register your attendance to the meeting by no later than 5.00 pm (AEST) on 17 November 2024.

To register your attendance at the AGM, please submit the online Event Registration Form, no later than 17 November 2024 5:00pm.

If you are unable to attend, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf by completing the proxy form. Completed proxy form must be returned to melbourne@chungling.org.au no later than 17 November 2024.
